YWCA of Essex and West Hudson Recognizes Women's History Month

Orange, N.J. – YWCA of Essex and West Hudson will be hosting a "Women's Survival Series" celebrating "The Women Within" throughout March in recognition of Women's History Month. The free series is designed to help foster a sisterhood, building strong bonds among sisters that will uplift, inspire, celebrate and encourage women to become better women for themselves, their families and their communities.

 

This year's series is comprised of three sessions, Tuesday March 16 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. "Taking care of the Women Within" a dialogue of Trials and Triumph through the eyes of female author, Geneva Evans " From Agony to Grace"; Monday, March 22, 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. "Fine Fabulous Female Fitness Party," Sample Zumba Class, try kickboxing, get makeup tips, or speak to a fitness expert; and Thursday, March 25 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. "Pamper the Woman Within" a Relaxation Session with Mini-massages, aromatherapy, yoga and stress management sessions.

All sessions will be held at the YWCA Family Wellness Center located at 395 Main Street.
